A White-winged (open-nosed) Scoter.

 

White-tailed Deer in the ravine - it's fascinating how they often have one ear directed behind them and the other in front to help detect danger from all angles.

 

Not the most flattering of angles so I think I deserved every second of this death stare and every millimeter of that middle finger. Red-tailed Hawk
