July 30: Carlyle, SK to Brooks, AB. Not to diminish the beauty of our Prairies but, on the route we took, this is mostly what you see. Farms, farm machinery, farm animals and pump jacks. Didn't stop except for gas and bathroom breaks and it was still a pretty long day, driving from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Glad to be in Alberta after 4 days on the road.
